Wendy has senior management experience, and has been a Chartered Occupational Psychologist for over 15 years; she worked in BBC Television, the Post Office and the Scottish Prison Service
For the last 12 years she has provided external consultancy to a vast range of public, private and not-for-profit organisations globally

Wendy has been coaching managers and leaders in organisations for 15 years; she also trains managers in coaching skills, and supervises other coaches
