Vicky has over 25 years’ experience in organisational and transitional coaching with a particular focus on working with individuals and teams to liberate them from behavioural or psychological stuckness.

She is a specialist Career Development and Transition coach working with people to help them make effective decisions about what is next for them.

She is a specialist in webinar design and delivery (virtual workshop facilitation and training) and also delivers 1:1 coaching by telephone, SKYPE, ZOOM, WEBEX and face to face.

Vicky’s real strength lies in her capacity to consult, collaborate and promote. She is extremely client focused and actively encourages research and networking. She provides inspirational and up-beat, non-judgmental support and encourages self- belief and a proactive approach.
