Sam is a seasoned Executive Coach and HR Professional with over 20 years experience in Senior HR and Leadership roles in FMCG & Financial Services.
She joined Taylor Clarke in 2015 and is an integral member of the Taylor Clarke senior consultant team.

Sam specialises in Executive Development, Organisation Effectiveness and Senior Leadership coaching, supporting individuals and teams to achieve their potential. Her approach is warm and engaging whist at the same time commercial, thought provoking and insightful. She is driven by the desire to build individual and organisational capability and in doing so ultimately make a difference to business performance.

Sam’s clients describe Sam as “insightful”, “understanding” and “straight talking”. Sam would describe herself as a down to earth, practical coach and a collaborative consultant. She will share Leadership models or theories as appropriate but Sam’s sweet spot is her ability to get people to stop and reflect, take a fresh look at their Leadership approach and make a decision on what they want to change to become the leader they believe they want and need to be. Through her straight talking and inquisitive approach Sam acts as a catalyst to raise a leaders and teams’ awareness of their impact on others and encourages them to take responsibility for the outcomes required.
