With 14 years’ experience working both in London and internationally, Louise brings a global perspective to her consultancy and coaching work.

She is fascinated by human motivation, peak performance, diversity and culture.

Louise heads up the AoEC Team in Ireland and N. Ireland, which runs the prestigious AoEC Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching Programme bi-annually. She also manages several other Taylor Clarke projects, most notable the CSL Coaching contract in Ireland.

She is an enthusiastic Executive Coach, offering both support and challenge in pursuit of coachee goals, and in acting as a thought partner to help individuals reach their professional and personal potential.

Louise is curious, warm, passionate and aspirational in her client interactions. She has a keen interest in human stories and believes that awareness (of self and others) and responsibility are key components to any successful engagement. She champions a growth mindset, building on your strengths, understanding your values, and having a clear personal mission statement. Louise is currently coaching a number of senior level executives in FTSE 100 companies.

Away from her professional life, Louise is a competitive equestrian rider having previously represented Ireland.
