Jonty is a chartered occupational psychologist with over twenty five years experience in both assessment and development.

Jonty has developed, designed and delivered or managed a wide range of assessment projects from recruiting an oil rig manager, to assessing 12,000 applicants for a top UK graduate programme and advising on senior appointments.​

He also diagnoses organizational problems, designs and delivers leadership programmes, develops top teams and is a specialist in developing managers’ impact and influence.

Jonty lives in Sweden, and has recently completed a post graduate qualification in Executive Coaching with the ILM. He is married with five children.
