Gordon is an experienced corporate coach, facilitator, consultant and registered psychotherapist with a strong background in leadership and team effectiveness, organisational change and development.

He brings insights and perspectives from over 20 years rich experience in HR leadership and SME roles within global blue chip organisations where he has worked with senior leaders from diverse cultures, teams and emerging talent to transform businesses in response to ever changing demands and opportunities. More recently, Gordon has provided executive coaching and OD consulting with clients across both private and public sectors.

Gordon also has a counselling and psychotherapy practice with over 600 hours of experience helping clients bring about change in their lives and improve their wellbeing.
