David has more than 30 years of senior leadership experience across Financial Services, Blue-chip Retail, Higher Education and Manufacturing industries

In addition to his coaching experience, throughout his career David has led leadership consultancy projects, designing and delivering successfully with clients in the public, private and third sectors.

David has been delivering one-to-one coaching since 2006, and has worked with in excess of 150 coaching clients. Client organisations for whom David has provided coaching at senior/executive level include: Natural England, Baxters Food Group, Police Scotland, The Environment Agency, Network Rail, ESB (Irish Electricity Board), Turner & Townsend.

David has recently coached the Chief Executive of a real estate consultancy, the Chief Executive of a national cancer research charity and is currently coaching the Chief Executive of a government regulator and registrar.
