Bill Zima

Combining imagination with academia, Bill, an artist, is the creator of an original 5 step person-centred approach to the practice of wellbeing called BLISS. Leveraging aspects of positive psychology, gratitude, and mindfulness, BLISS is a portfolio of wellbeing products and services. Approached during the first lockdown to share BLISS (initially with 12 Scottish charities) it is now attracting wider attention and is with a ‘train the trainer’ programme to accommodate the international appetite for BLISS.
