Alastair has 20 years of international experience as a Coach, Management Educator, Facilitator and Organisational Development Consultant. He works with global companies and a broad range of national and international public- and not-for-profit organisations.

Alastair listens, reflects, probes and surfaces presenting issues. He affirms and supports personal excellence, offer insights from his experience of performance and behavioural issues during change, and sympathetically challenges ineffective communication, interaction and relationships.

A PRINCE2 Practitioner and former EU Project Manager, his international work experience includes the Middle East, the Far East, Latin America, the US, and extensively throughout Europe. He also currently works as an Intercultural Coach and Trainer of expatriation and repatriation programmes for global clients in Oil & Gas and Finance industries.
