Within a week of lockdown our sales forecast for the year lost 60%. I realised we had to move fast and luckily we had a leading expert on on-line delivery as one of our associates, Megan Anderson. Megan trained about 35 of our consultants and associates in on-line delivery and we created 6 on-line delivery design groups who have been working on converting our interventions and delivering them over the last 9 months. I’m delighted to say we are now delivering on-line:

We have established our on-line Coaching Platform and have been delivering hundreds of coaching sessions virtually as well as transferring our highly acclaimed coach training programmes to virtual delivery.
We have also run over 20 “Let’s Talk” sessions for clients and others to explore new ideas and approaches that we are developing. If you haven’t already attended one I’d thoroughly recommend these 1 to 1.5 hour sessions as a break from the stress of coping with the pandemic and sharing experiences with others in similar circumstances.
