Women in Leadership

Women In Leadership

See below for details of our open courses and to book your place.

For over 25 years Taylor Clarke have been working with organisations, across multiple sectors in the area of organisation development, managing culture and change, coaching and leadership development.

We believe the time is right for women to be able to fully take up their role in organisations. Responding to the Scottish Government’s 50/50 by 2020 initiative for board gender balance and other recent reports on womens’  role in the economy, our Women in Leadership Programme helps to create a pipeline of women ready to take the next step up. Our flexible and engaging programme develops women as they prepare to move into leadership roles and furthers the development of their leadership capability.

Delivered in a multi-disciplinary way, the programme offers women the opportunity to learn together and connect with other women to:

• Find our own way to lead

• Enhance our impact and influence

• Overcome our limiting beliefs about our leadership & capabilities

• Increase our capacity to think and act systemically and manage   complexity

Launched in spring 2016, we deliver the Women in Leadership programme as an open course, or alternatively we can tailor it for an in-house programme.

Below is a list of our up and coming 1 day open courses
