  • Over 20 years experience in Senior Leadership, Sales Management, Marketing and a variety of senior HR roles in FMCG and Financial Services.

  • Recent roles include Head of HR in Lloyds Banking Group and Head of Organisation Effectiveness and Executive Resourcing for a Division of 11K colleagues over 30 countries.

  • Independant Consulting experience over the last few years ranges from Executive Coaching in multinational organisations to HR consultancy in organisations in both the public and private sector.
