ILM 7 Taylor Clarke

ILM Level 7 Certificate and Diploma for Executive and Senior Level Coaches
Live Virtual Programme
Starting 6th of September 2022

I benefited so much from the ILM Exec Coaching course, both professionally and personally. Facilitators have insights and tools to share from years of experience in leadership and coaching, and are always generous with them. In terms of supervision, I found the space I had invaluable to reflect on practice and build up my skill set. I would highly recommend doing this course.

Are you currently working in senior management, OD, LD, or HR and looking to add executive coaching to your skill set and achieve a post-graduate equivalent qualification?

The programme is also suitable for executive coaches who would like to consolidate their experience and gain a formal qualification.

The programme enables you to achieve TWO qualifications: the ILM Level 7 Qualification (at Certificate or Diploma level) AND the Association for Coaching accreditations, Accredited Certificate in Coach Training (ACCT) or the Accredited Diploma in Coach Training (ADCT). There is no extra work involved, by completing the work required to achieve the ILM 7 qualification you will automatically also receive the Association of Coaching qualification (certificate or diploma depending on the ILM qualification you choose to go for)

In addition, we are delighted to announce that we have partnered with the Association of Coaching to be able to offer you Accelerated Individual Accreditation.

More than 100 coaches have participated in these programmes so far and many of the 19 cohorts have formed active support groups.

The programme consists of:

Certificate

  • Three 2-day virtual learning workshops-

  • Four 1-1 supervision sessions

  • Two written assignments, supported by tutorials

  • Peer group meetings

  • 4 conference calls with the programme lead

Diploma

  • Three 2-day virtual learning workshops-

  • Eight 1-1 supervision sessions

  • Two written assignments, supported by tutorials

The facilitators are all experienced executive coaches with a wealth of experience to share; they have also held senior positions in organisations so understand the leadership landscape. What Past Participants say

I completed and passed the ILM 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching a year ago with Taylor Clarke.  The support from the teaching team is excellent – they are always on hand to provide practical and tangible guidance as well as introducing new models and frameworks to help your coaching practice!  The majority of the course was delivered during the pandemic and whilst it would have been better to have been face to face the superb teaching made it a success.

I have just completed the first ever virtual version of the Taylor Clarke ILM 7 Certificate in Leadership and Executive Coaching. I can't praise the team highly enough for creating a perfect virtual world where we were all able to have a fantastic, supported and positive learning experience. Such was the care and attention taken over the learning environment and our individual needs that I can honestly say there was never a moment when I wished we were all in the same room together -  because we were already there!

I completed a qualification through Taylor Clarke in Executive Coaching and Workplace Mentoring. This was one of the best courses I have done in a long time. The delivery and ongoing support was quite exceptional. As a result I am still inspired to apply what I have learnt (and this is 6 months after I completed the course). I would highly recommend this course at Taylor Clarke for anyone wanting to strengthen their skills and knowledge in Executive Coaching. Thanks

Having decided to pursue a qualification in coaching, I had to them find a suitable course.  This one was recommended to me by a colleague and I am delighted that I was able to study with ILM.  The course is well structured and delivered by tutors who are friendly, knowledgeable and supportive.  Learning alongside participants from different organisations was valuable and I thoroughly enjoyed our time together.  Thanks to ILM, I now have the knowledge and confidence to deliver coaching.
