Lindsey is an experienced Senior Human Resources Professional with 30 years of multi sector (oil/gas/hospitality/healthcare/manufacturing) private and public sector experience. Most recently, 13 years as an HR Director in NHS Scotland and now working independently as an HR Consultant.  High level of personal integrity, collaboration, drive and enthusiasm with track record of project delivery. Develops fit for purpose HR strategies to support positive staff experience and engagement. Leads and manages organisational change projects including business transformation and restructuring.  Solid experience of developing policies and procedures to support best HR practice and comply with employment law.  Leads and supports development of staff through identification of training and management development programmes and as a qualified Coach has supported managers/senior leaders to achieve organisational outcomes.  Currently holds a non executive director position in the charitable sector.
