Professional Background
 

  • People Development Specialist and Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 30 years of experience working with international clients, finance organisations and more recently with start-up/small organisations with core green or sustainability focused goals.

  • During the last 30 years, Jonty has provided assessment and selection advice, designed and delivered multiple leadership and organisational development events. He’s worked alongside leaders in a range of private sector businesses as well as national government and utilities. He works primarily with mid-career and emerging talent streams as well as some executive teams.

  • Jonty has been coaching leaders for the past 20 years. Often supporting the growth of talent as part of a broader series of development events for graduates, high potentials or senior leaders. He provides psychological insight, develops behavioural awareness and generates positive approaches to the critical incidents that many leaders face day to day at work.
