• John has been in Management Consulting for 20 plus years and has worked with a broad and varied group of organisations encompassing multinational FMCG brand leaders, Public Bodies, Schools & Colleges, Financial Institutions and Manufacturing Companies

• John’s background is engineering and manufacturing management and his last job entailed leading a group of circa 70 workers in brand leading FMCG Company.

Coaching Experience

• John has worked with many different levels from junior managers through to directors and heads of service. Job roles have ranged from engineers and technicians to head teachers and educationalists to front line supervisors in banking & insurance.

• Recent coaching assignments have involved clients from a brand leading FMCG manufacturer, multinational oil & gas company and a private prison.

• Best successes as a Coach: 1) helped build the confidence in an individual to ‘have a seat at the table’ – much stronger performance in meetings with both peers and senior managers 2) change in an individual’s behaviour who had significant grievances taken out against them (abuse of power & sexism) 3) transformational shift in a logistics manager which enabled him to lead his team more successfully and deal with one recalcitrant individual in particular.
