  • A career forged in financial services rapidly rising through the ranks before moving into Organisational Development, People Management, Leadership Development and Executive Coaching.

  • Passionate about Diversity & Inclusion; was Chair of Women’s Networking Group

  • Part-time lecturer at Glasgow Caledonian University to Masters Students, and Level 4 Undergraduates in modules such as, Leading Change through a Global Context, Managing & Developing Talent, and Performance Management as well as supervising student dissertations and research projects. With both Performance Management and Mentoring as key areas of her research, this has allowed Fiona to put theoretical knowledge into practice in both her Corporate and University life.

  • Fiona has extensive experience of coaching and developing people at all levels within organisations, across private, public and charitable sectors.

  • Clients have ranged from coaching Vice Presidents and Senior Managers within Wealth Management of Global Financial Services Organisations, Chair of large UK Charity, University Graduates and senior managers in both Motor Retailing Sector and Life Sciences.

  • A significant achievement was coaching MOD staff supporting them with their transition from military to civilian life.

  • Key lead for Clydesdale Bank for award winning Cross Organisational Mentoring Initiative. Facilitated by Glasgow Caledonian University; 3 organisations (CYB, Glasgow & Clyde NHS and Renfrewshire Council) participated in 2 cohorts. Recognised by Scottish Mentoring Network as best Professional Development Award, 2015 and shortlisted as Clydesdale Bank Volunteering Team of the Year 2016 at Business in the Community-Scotland Awards
