Level 7 Certificate and Diploma for Executive and Senior Level Coaches
The Programme Lead, Wendy Robinson, meets each coach prior to enrolment on the programme, to ensure the programme is right for you, and to answer any queries you have. The qualifications are awarded by ILM at Level 7.

If you are working in the fields of Talent Management, OD, LD, or HR and are already adopting a coaching approach, this programme will provide the opportunity to learn and practise what coaching is - and isn't - and to bring those skills to your leadership.
The programme is also beneficial for current Executive Coaches who would like to consolidate their experience and gain a formal qualification.

The facilitators are all experienced Executive Coaches with a wealth of experience to share; they have also held senior positions in organisations so understand the leadership landscape.
The virtual training is LIVE and we have received fantastic feedback from recently held virtual programmes that they are as engaging as in-person learning.
