About The Event

The pandemic has concertinaed changes that would normally have taken 5 years into 3 months. Projects that business leaders thought were not possible were found to be possible after all due to the amount of collaboration that took place, a bit ironic given that most team members were remotely located. What does this indicate about the future of work, and how can we take this opportunity to build a more inclusive leadership model? “How can we move from me to we?” – Jürgen Klopp (Liverpool FC)

Join John Maxwell on August 6 at 9.00 BST for a 1-hour exploration of the 8 key dimensions of inclusive leadership. See how to benchmark where you are today and plot a course for the next 6 months.

We will dive into:

Why inclusive leadership is key to the future of work.

The 8 points that can be used to assess your inclusiveness as a leader: self-orientation, purpose (why), feedback, differences, failure, collaboration, vulnerability, and awareness of bias.

A chance to explore which dimensions are most relevant and challenging to you.

What you can expect:

A chance to explore the key questions above and how relevant they are to your organisation.

A space to share your own experiences, test ideas, and learn from leaders in other organisations and industries.
