About The Event

What are the challenges for leading teams in today’s climate and where does previous Leadership best practise have to be recalibrated?

We recognise that the rapid and extraordinary change we are experiencing is disrupting life, at work and home, in ways we could only imagine a few months ago.  Leading a team at any time will always be a balancing act. Throw in a period of lockdown, self isolation and/or home schooling: how do you adjust? Leading teams virtually is even more critical now to achieving your goals.  Maybe you are finding some things are better virtually? What lessons are you learning that you can take forward when we emerge from Lockdown?

We will share with you what we have discovered from own recent experience and our scan of latest research, blended with our three decades of experience working with leaders and their teams.  This Let’s Talk is an opportunity to hear from you to inform tomorrow’s “must dos and must not dos" when leading completely virtual teams… Do virtual teams differ by industry type, function, organisational culture or leadership approach?

Give yourself the gift of time to pause and acknowledge what is going on for you right now in a safe, supportive and inspiring environment by joining our free one hour facilitated “Let’s Talk” session.

What you can expect:

  • Shared insights, supportive guidance and facilitated coaching conversations from the virtual team at Taylor Clarke
  • An introduction to our top tips for leading virtual teams in today’s environment
  • A space to share experiences and learn from peers in other organisations and industries.
  • An opportunity to ask the questions that are important to you and to use this unique space to identify potential ideas and means of enabling your virtual teams to flourish.

This is a free one hour live, facilitated discussion and learning session. The session will not be recorded.
