About The Event

Consider the four critical leadership qualities required to ‘take care’ of our leadership through this time of disruptive but potentially transformative change.

Are we in a battle or a war? Who or what is the enemy and what will victory look like? COVID-19 definitely meets the definition of a VUCA environment; Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous.

How we step up as leaders right now, will define both ourselves and our organisations in the future. The tried and tested VUCA principles of Vision, Understanding, Clarity and Agility don’t seem to fit as well in these fast moving and chaotic times. So what do we need to be demonstrating and care about as leaders? Our experience of supporting leaders in this current VUCA world, suggests that there is a new and different set of VUCA qualities that are more critical for leaders right now.

Give yourself the gift of time to pause and acknowledge what is going on for you right now in a safe, supportive and inspiring environment by joining one of our free one hour facilitated “Let’s Talk…..” sessions.

What you can expect:

  • Insight, guidance and coaching from Taylor Clarke facilitators who are experts in leadership
  • Introduction to the four new VUCA qualities and the chance to explore how you can implement them in your own leadership context
  • A space to share experiences and learn from peers in other organisations and industries
  • An opportunity to ask the questions that are important to you

This is a free one hour live, facilitated discussion and learning session on the 14th May at 4pm. Places are limited to 12 on each session. The session will not be recorded.
