About The Event

About the Event

Throughout the pandemic taking care of our wellbeing and resilience has been high on the list of priorities for individuals, for teams, for organisations and for countries. Now, in the depths of the COVID winter it is even more the case. So, like in nature, we need to protect & nurture next year’s spring growth.

Leaders have a key role in supporting the resilience of their teams. They first need to take care of their own resilience and then put in place the mechanisms for teams to take care of themselves and each other as a unit. A leader’s role now more than ever is to lead with compassion and care so that people, ideas and opportunities so emerge and grow strong for the future.

Building on last year’s Let’s Talk events on the topic of resilience this session is an opportunity to take some time out for yourself to reflect, refresh & re-focus for resilience. The session will facilitate an exchange of ideas and practices under eight team resilience themes, including:

Culture of Self Care - What do you do as a leader to create a culture of self-care?

Persistence & Ambiguity - How do you as a leader help the team face setbacks? How do you re-group and stay on track or adapt towards achieving your collective outcomes?

Staying Connected - How do you as a leader instil a sense of belonging, co-operation and support in your team?

Change Agility - As a leader, how well do you promote change agility and role model embracing change?

Then we’ll ask you to reflect on how you will refresh and refocus to enhance the resilience of both yourself and your team for coming year.

If you would like to collaboratively explore the leadership required in these times to nurture, protect and grow resilient teams, please join our free, one hour facilitated ‘Let’s Talk…3Rs for Resilient Teams’ session.

What you can expect:

  • A chance to explore the key questions above and how relevant they are to you
  • A space to share your own experiences, test ideas and learn from other leaders
  • Insight, guidance and coaching from Taylor Clarke facilitators
  • An opportunity to ask the questions that are important to you in building your leadership for resilience

This is a free one hour, live, facilitated discussion and learning session lead by Madeleine O’Brien and Sarah Ballantyne. The session will not be recorded.

Joining instructions will be sent after registering
