  • Cameron has senior leadership and management experience e.g. business unit strategic leadership team, operational line management, leading international project teams and leading cross-matrix teams without formal line authority; all during 14 years with the leading multi-national pharmaceutical companies Eli Lilly, GlaxoWellcome and AstraZeneca.

  • For the past 16 years Cameron has worked as a leadership development facilitator and coach with clients in the public and private sectors.
