Qualifications: BA Hons, PG Dip in HR, MBA, MA MLL, FCIPD.
Robin has worked with Taylor Clarke for over 10 years, first as an associate then as a full-time consultant. Robin is an associate once again and his role now largely revolves around project managing Taylor Clarke’s partnership with one of our key clients, the oil, gas and engineering services multi-national, Wood Group. This work covers a wide range of OD interventions including; major management and leadership development programmes and a variety of ad-hoc interventions including change management, team effectiveness, 1:1 coaching etc. Robin has been greatly involved in the design and development of a major safety leadership programme that has been rolled out to Wood Group’s Board and senior leaders across the globe since 2011.
He has been involved in change management, leadership development and team effectiveness with managers in a variety of organisations, including the Department for Work and Pensions, DSM, Glenmorangie plc, SAIC, Scottish Prison Service and Glasgow City Council.
He is a former academic and HR manager and has extensive experience of working in the oil and gas industry. He has recently (Oct 2010) completed an MA in Management Learning and Leadership at Lancaster University.
