I am an experienced Director who has worked in demanding circumstances to deliver change successfully through people development using reflection at the heart of change. Feedback from clients on my facilitation style includes; engaging, warm, inclusive and challenging.
I have worked at a senior management level within the public sector in Western Scotland over the last twenty five years and have experience in Regeneration, Local Government administration, further and higher education. Since working independently, I have worked with a range of public and private sector clients ranging from Toshiba to the Scottish Government. I also work with a range of charities and third sector organisations.
I am passionate about the impact that leaders in organisations have on the people that they work with and have supported a number of Senior Teams and Boards to reflect on how they work and communicate together as a team. I use the Myers Briggs Type Indicator as a tool to develop increased understanding and tolerance within Senior Teams which has a significant impact on how they lead, problem solve and communicate between themselves and others within the organisation. I am also an accredited coach and NLP practitioner.
