We work with organisations and department managers to analyse and improve how effectively team dynamics are operating. Interventions from large-scale cross-functional team events, to intensive problem solving for single teams, focus on enabling managers and team members to work as productively as possible over the medium and long term.

We sensitively seek to align the needs of the team leader, team members and the organisation, working across the whole spectrum of functional, project, and virtual teams as well as multi-organisation partnerships.
Key to this is to help managers become better team leaders through realising the impact their style has on their team and expanding their range of tactics when dealing with difficulties.
How Taylor Clarke work with teams:
We talk to team leaders, find out their perspective. Then we talk to the team members, different issues emerge. We then decide how to facilitate the team in a safe, guided way, help them face up to their issues, be open, and work through difficulties and conflicts, leaving the team event re-energised.
- We help teams find answers for themselves; working in collaboration to help find the best way forward for them, rather than imposing solutions.
- We help individuals raise their awareness of how they respond in a team.
- We create a safe climate to allow free thoughts and feelings.
To do this we adopt a tailored approach to team development that we call ETETE (Exploring Then Enhancing Team Effectiveness). This involves working from where our clients are and designing an intervention that will best meet their needs.
