Taylor Clarke brings a touch of culture to organisation development
With the development of our consulting services in the area of organisation development, we were looking for a tool to help organisations assess their company culture. Developed by American academic Dr Dan Denison, the Dension model links organisational culture to bottom-line performance metrics such as sales growth, return on investment, customer satisfaction, innovation and employee satisfaction. The tool has been used in over 1,000 organisations in 48 countries from a broad range of industries and a variety of sectors.
