Taylor Clarke Celebrate Their 10th Year of Investors in People.
In 2007 Taylor Clarke reached its 10th year of maintaining the Investors in People Scotland quality standard. This prestigious achievement award was presented to Managing Director, Laurence Clarke by Peter Russian, IiP Chief Executive, as part of their 15 year birthday celebrations at Stirling Castle.
IIP is a recognised national quality standard which sets a level of good practice for improving an organisation's performance through the development and support of its people. Taylor Clarke were one of the first organisational development consultancies in Scotland to commit to this ethos as it echoed company values and supported their mission "to practise what we preach".
"Taylor Clarke truly value the benefits of Investors In People and believe strongly that without this quality mark we would not have won national public sector management development contracts such as those for the Department of Work and Pensions, The Scottish Executive and most recently, a 3 year programme for the Foreign and Commonweath Office", states Mr Clarke.
Other benefits have been systemised training and development, lower staff turnover, increased efficiency, continuous improvement and a greater sense of personal fulfillment within the team
