Taylor Clarke Partners
Taylor Clarke's capabilities are greatly enhanced by our close, successful working relationships with our three partner organisations; The Robert Gordon University, The Fifth Business and David Clutterbuck Associates, to whom Taylor Clarke are a franchise holder of his mentoring schemes. Our existing relationships with all three offer the comfort and security of having these organisations managed by one local supplier, Taylor Clarke.
The Robert Gordon University (RGU)
Based in Aberdeen, RGU is a wide spectrum university with high quality provision and an excellent reputation for education and development in the fields of business and management. It has a state of the art 'Virtual Campus' which it has been operating successfully for over five years. This facility allows the creation of on-line discussion groups, access to full library facilities and acts as an excellent support and communication tool.
Through our collaboration with RGU, we are able to offer the possibility of accreditation from a respected academic institution on major programmes (subject to their rigorous validation and quality procedures), like that which we currently run for The Scottish Executive offering a Postgraduate Diploma in Social Services Leadership.
David Clutterbuck Associates'
Early in 2003 The Taylor Clarke Partnership was awarded a Franchise for Europe's leading mentoring system devised by Professor David Clutterbuck. Developed through the research work of David Clutterbuck and his associates over 20 years, the David Clutterbuck Mentoring System (DCMS) is recognised as the most well known, respected and effective way to successfully introduce mentoring into an organisation. The DCMS has been used throughout the world by major organisations such as SmithKline Beecham, Ericsson Mobile and Pearl Assurance.
Taylor Clarke see mentoring as a logical extension of our current work with organisations. It is also one of the fastest growing approaches to developing and retaining talent in organisations.
By securing the DCMS franchise Taylor Clarke has gained access to the considerable expertise, research base, case studies and learning amassed by Professor Clutterbuck over the last 20 years.
Professor Clutterbuck has trained over 20 of our consultants in his mentoring system. Taylor Clarke is now equipped to work with you to consider whether a tailored mentoring programme could help with some of the changes you face.
