Taylor Clarke started life as a clinical psychology practice so much of what we do is underpinned with business psychology and robust theoretical models.
Our approach is very facilitative. We start at the knowledge, experience and skill level of the participants and place emphasis on personal development, attitude to change and delivering results.
We understand that every company, the individuals that make it, and the challenges faced are unique, therefore content is tailored, and delivery style flexible. We do not entertain a "one size fits all" approach.
We add value by offering a supportive, objective, external perspective which, when diagnosing issues affecting the organisation, serves to complement the in-depth internal perspective of managers. This often means developing programmes jointly with our clients and wherever possible, transferring our skills and knowledge.
Our key underpinning approach is our TurnAround Model. We strongly believe that attitude is the key to change and lasting improvements in managerial performance, and hence organisational results, can only be achieved if all 4 levers of the model; Cognitions, Behaviours, Emotions and Environment, are addressed.
